ORTHOREBIRTH have entrusted TEIJIN MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY for the distribution and sales of ReBOSSIS-MT in the field of maxillofacial and plastic surgery in Japan in November 2022. TEIJIN MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY develops, manufactures, and sells medical devices mainly using bio-degradable and resorbable bone-jointing materials and proprietary polymer processing technologies.
Theradaptive, Inc. is a therapeutics company that develops and commercializes products for targeted therapeutics delivery and has current programs in regenerative tissue repair and immuno oncology. The underlying technology was developed at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) in the United States. By combining Theradaptive’s technology for engineering material-binding protein biologics with OrthoRebirth’s cotton-shaped bone void fillers, we are collaborating to develop a new composite material for practical use that promotes bone regeneration.
University of the Ryukyus and ORTHOREBIRTH has been jointly making a research and study on the regenerative medicine by use of adipose stem cells. We aim to develop a new medical technology based on this joint study and apply such new technology to regenerative medicine in different ways. For example, to treat a large-sized defective part of bone, reconstruct breast, regenerate solid organs, etc.
