Keio University and ORTHOREBIRTH have been jointly studying to develop Antibacterial Cottony-Type, Synthetic Bone-Void-Filling Materials. This antibacterial type is to prevent any surgical site (bone or joint) from infected by bacteria or virus at the time of operation. Nagoya Institute of Technology (NIT) and Meiji University has also participated in this joint development.
