Basic Agreement with Kaigen Pharma for Future Business Tie-up

On October 26, 2015, Kaigen Pharma Co., Ltd. (presided by Mr. Kentaro FUKUDA/ based in Chuo-ku, Osaka) and ORTHOREBIRTH Co., Ltd. announced that the basic agreement has been amicably and successfully reached between the two businesses for exploring the feasibility of their future manufacturing agreement. If this business tie-up comes true in the future, Kaigen Pharma will be supposed to produce our ReBOSSIS for ORTHOREBIRTH.
